If your items are faulty, please send an image of your damaged goods with your order number to cs@lunadailysupport.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll prioritize getting you a refund or replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return of the product and the customer will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost, only the cost of the product and applicable taxes.
